Australia on Tuesday said that they would take The Apple Company to court for misleading customers over information about the New Ipad.Apple boasts that the New Ipad has 4G Networking,but in Australia that is not the case.The 4G Networking runs on a diffrent frequency that is not available in that country.
We will see who gets the top spot in this battle as it goes on.
